9TH ANNUAL FUNDRAISER
BENEFITING
We want to say Thank You
to all who supported our 9th Annual Fundraiser for
the Franciscan Hospital for Children. Allston Car
Wash donated $4.00 for every car washed as well
as all the proceeds from the raffle. All the great
raffle prizes were donated by our vendors and members
of the community. This year the amount raised was
$5,000 which brings the 9 year total to $43,800!
We hope that this has made
a difference in the lives of these special children.

2006 EXXONMOBIL EDUCATION
ALLIANCE $500 GRANT
The Kennedy Day School at
the Franciscan Hospital for Childred has received
a $500 grant from the EXXONMOBIL Educational Alliance
program to support the school's physical education
and athletic program. Chuck Delaney, owner of Allston
Car Wash and a Mobil retailer, presents a $500 check
to Bonnie Paulino, Program Director of the Kennedy
Day School. They worked together to secure the grant
which is one of 4,000 available to schools across
the country served by Exxon or Mobil stations. The
grants were made possible by funding from the Exxon
Mobil Corporation. "The Kennedy Day School
works hard to help kids," said Delaney. "As
a Mobil retailer, I am proud to help these young
people of the Allston/Brighton community."

Professional carwashes uniting
to make wishes come true.
On Saturday, June 17, 2006 Allston Car Wash participated
in a special event with professional carwashers
across the country to raise money and awareness
for children with life threatening medical conditions.
Allston Car Wash was able to raise $1200 - this
money will be used by the Make a Wish Foundation
to grant the wishes of local children and to enrich
their human experience with hope, strength and joy..
The goal this year is to the grant the wishes of
300 children in Massachusetts through this fundrainsing
effort.
Thank you to all
who got their cars washed on this day to help wishes
come true for these children!

SUDS
FOR SCHOOLS !
On Saturday, June 10, 2006, Allston
Car Wash and Special Olympics Massachusetts teamed
up to hold the 3rd annual fund-raiser to benefit Special
Olympics Massachusetts Metro Boston
Schools Programs. . Because of the great support from
the community we raised over $1200.00 for this worthy
cause. We want to say a Special Thank You to all who
helped make this first Fundraiser a Success!
